• Redemption requests are processed in accordance with contractual obligations, liquidity schedules, and regulatory requirements.

You acknowledge that investments involve risk, and Starlite makes no guarantees of return or redemption outside of written agreements.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, software, data, and materials displayed or made available through the Services — including the Starlite name, logo, trademarks, and smart contract technology — are the exclusive property of Starlite Capital Partners or its affiliates.
